Based in the UK, Web1984.com is a one man band of innovation and graft. Blending bespoke web application design with an eye for the unique in accessible design.
During the day, I endeavour to create enduring business images for my clients with e-commerce sites and company profiles. Each site is a unique collaboration of ideas married together to create a finished article ready to catch the eye and attract new visitors. During the night, I am burning the midnight oil to bring together my chaotic ideas into a coordinated dance of function, simplicity and aesthetic ideas
Dux, my long standing project along with 2 others (Lenore and Articulate) are the product of my desire to create usable application interfaces that anybody can use. In terms of administration, the goal is to cut clicks and actions to the minimum to allow the maximum possible functionality without making things overly complex. Articulate was an example of a highly useful piece of RAD software that was just a passing thought on a quiet evening. Designed mainly for developers wanting to produce fast bespoke PHP templates for clients or for passing inspiration it has potential for amateur webmasters also who want to get to grips with a scripted framework without all the dirty hands business
This being a recently new site, I'm feeling far too lazy to worry about recent projects!
